教育委員あ～～んど校長先生と保護者でクソ忙しい年度末。それでもそれぞれがそれぞれの立場で、王子のことを考えて挑んだ面談がありました。
1年生になる時がすっごく大変だったので、もう何言われちゃうのかなぁとか心臓はばっくんばっくん。肉に埋もれた胃がギュウギュウとヘタレながらの校長室。
おなじみの王子担当の教育委員の方にお初の方も2人。
授業のある担任からの言葉は校長先生が担当し、大人たちが沢山で王子のよりよい未来の為に語るわけです。
ありがたいっ(胃は痛いけどね)
まず教育委員の方それぞれからのフォードバック。
4月、5月、9月とそして今月と王子の授業の様子や生活面を見ていて下さった上でのありがたいお言葉。
「厳しい言い方になるかもしれませんが・・・」
お約束の枕詞もありです。
ええ、ええ、その枕詞は慣れっこですから!!!
生きるの死ぬのの病気で言われてるわけではないですから!!!
厳しいより優しいほうが好きだけど、母がんばって受け止めます!!
の心境で謙虚に耳を傾け、真摯に受け止めました。
全ての方々に言われたことを簡単にまとめると、
生活面では問題がないこと、
王子は本当に良い笑顔で学校を楽しんでいるということ、
だけど(褒めたあとにくるこの接続もお約束だよね＜笑)
肝心の勉強が本当にダメだということ。
詳しく例を挙げてくださった。
そして、王子の性格も実によく把握してくださっていて、
がんばり屋過ぎるぐらいで、一生懸命すぎて、必死だと、
本当に必死で教室で生きていると、
今はかろうじてなんとかなっていても将来を考えると、王子の道は果たして普通級だけなのか？
あの笑顔を曇ってしまうのは切ないと、
(ええ、１００％同意です)
言われた遅れの面はわたしの把握していたままだったので安心して、わたしのというかわたしとポチの考えっていうのも正直に伝えた。
独立支援法という悪法のおかげで、王子のような子たちはますます生きにくい世の中になっていっていること。
守ってばかりいても守れるのは中学までて、その先は今のとこ何もないこと。
王子のようなボーダーの子は国からも都からも支援は受けることは出来ないこと(現状の法だと)
だから親としては立派に納税者になれるように、健常の人たちの中で生きて行く力をつけてあげなればならないと願い思っていること、
9歳の壁と言われる4年生に上がるときに王子が何処まで力をつけていけるのか、
そこまでいけるのかもわからないけどれど、入学前に普通級でやっていけないだろうといわれた事柄は全てクリアしていって劇的にのびた王子の成長にも期待をしたいこと。
そういうことを伝えた。
教育委員の方も、わたしが現実を厳しく受け止めていることを感じてくださって、わたしの方も教育委員の方々が本当に王子にとって何が一番素敵な状態になるのか？
心をつぶすことなく、日々自分を肯定し、受け止め、現実とも折り合いをつける力を育んでいけるようにと考えてくださっていることが伝わってきた。
それぞれの立場で率直に語り合い、王子という情報を共有し時間がたつにつれ戦友のような錯覚も覚えるくらいだった。
教室は担任で変わるととか、今の担任のようにお母さんとも王子とも相性のいい先生に当たるとは限らないことや、
先生っていうのはどうしても勉強を出来るようにさせたいと必死になりすぎるとこもあることに王子のように必死に答えたいと思っても出来なかった場合の感情のこととか、
友達とか保護者の方とのこととか、そりゃもう率直に語ってくれるしわたしも語った。
あ～～こんないい人何処に隠れていたのよ～～～。
(今まであった教育委員の人の中で最高にいい人でした)
話は多岐におよび、
王子の通う学校が特学との併設校という利点を生かし、さんすうだけとかそちらに通級するとか、どんどん校長先生に提案してくださってもいた。
おおお。すごいねぇ～～。
(でもわたしは障害関係のネットワークで聞いて知っている、我が校の特学が優秀ゆえに重度の子が集まりすぎちゃって今は交流学級すら出来なくなっている現実)
でも本当に素敵な話し合いで、わたしがお願いしますという前に、2年生もこのままということで話しは終わったのだ。
最後の最後に、
多忙の中時間を割いてくださったことへのお礼をしていたら、涙が止まらなくなってしまった。
息子がこれだけ沢山の方々に見守っていただけているってことが本当に幸せであいがたいこと、嬉しいと思っていること、
なんか泣けちゃって仕方なかった。
嬉しい涙は気持ちがいい。
王子もわたしもポチも幸せだよ。
沢山のありがとうと感謝を！

二年生になるときはクラス替えないよね。
きっといい先生にあたるよ。
オレもいっつも校長先生に話しに行ったり、
担任の先生の前で涙を流したり（すべてうれし涙）してたおかげか、
小学校はずっと学年でいちばんいい先生をあててもらってきたよ～。
