あとからわかりやすくする為に側頭葉コーナーも作りました。

で、流れのまとめ

昨年夏の検査入院のときに、右の側頭葉からの癲癇派が多いと指摘を受けました。
ただ投薬で上手く発作が抑えられている状況なので、このまま様子見ということ、
もし発作が出た場合はまずは投薬で調整をするので、すぐに病院に来てねってことで、もう定期入院の必要はないということでした。

ただ右側頭葉の発作の特徴が
1:意識消失でその間の記憶がない(海馬からの影響らしい)
(無自覚発作であること、その間どのような行動を取るか不明。事故なども怖いし、何をするかわからないのも怖い)
2:攻撃性が高くなる。情緒が不安定になる
(乱暴になる。人格が変わったように見えるなど)
代表的にこの二つがあるので、酷くなるようならすぐに受診と言われました。

「わかりますか？」
の質問にあきらかに変わるのでわかりますと言われました。

投薬調整

効かない場合検査入院

手術
ということだったので、今回の受診で投薬調整すっとばしで、わりと早めに検査入院が決まった点がちょっと、え～～っと
怖いなって感じです。

でも春休みで長い時間見ていると、実際時間は短いですが発作の頻度は多いです。
発作表を気がつく範囲でつけていこうと思います。
そして発作間の記憶はないようです。

暴れることはないですが、急に切れて、そのあとまるで覚えてなかったかのように普通に戻ったりしています。
休日にポチにも見てもらっていて、やっぱりということが多いので、しっかり見守ろうと思います。
現状はそんな感じです。

追記：受診時の検査での血中濃度(薬が効いているかの目安)はかなり低かったそうです。
薬を増やしたら落ち着きますか？の質問には、薬はすぐに効くことはないでしょうと言われました。
なので検査入院のようです。
